Hi there! My name is Elizabeth “Lizz” Palmer. I’m a licensed esthetician, entrepreneur, and proud mother dedicated to helping my clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

My journey into esthetics actually began unexpectedly during the pandemic. While pregnant with my daughter, I realized I wasn't satisfied with where I was in my career. At the time, I was working at E-ZPass and knew I wanted something different for myself and my growing family.

I originally considered going to school to learn how to care for hair, but after looking at the cost and my circumstances at the time, I decided to explore esthetics instead. I didn't realize then that I was choosing a career centered around skincare, facials, and helping people feel confident in their appearance. What started as a practical career decision eventually became something I genuinely loved.

A conversation with a Black woman I met at European Wax Center also changed the way I looked at my place in this industry. She expressed how much more representation was needed—especially Black estheticians who could understand different skin concerns and create an environment where clients could feel comfortable being cared for by someone who looked like them.

That stayed with me.

As I continued learning, I realized esthetics wasn't simply about making someone look beautiful. It was about confidence, comfort, education, self-care, and skin health.

Since beginning my journey, I've continued investing in my education and have received advanced training and certifications in treatments including Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Nano Infusion, and Dermalogica professional treatments. I continue learning because I want every client who trusts me with their skin to receive thoughtful, knowledgeable care.
